Manager, Regional Sales, Turkey & Near East

Manages the sale of Merit products in the region, to understand and meet the needs of existing and potential clients. Hires and manages a team of sales reps. Manages and evaluates distributors performance.

- Evaluates and manage distributors performance
- Hires and builds effective sales teams
- Trains sales reps to meet customer needs
- Works with sales representatives in their territories to develop their skills
- Coach sales representatives to develop them professionally
- Answer questions about product or sales problems
- Provide information about changes in products or pricing
- Handles questions from distributors and clients about pricing or defective products
- Develops marketing strategies and assists distributors
- Reviews individual and regional reports to monitor performance
- Provides coordination and feedback to manufacturing and marketing
- Prepares performance and sales reports for management
- Monitors customer satisfaction with Merit products
- Monitors product competition and market share
المؤهلات
- Education equivalent to a Bachelors Degree in Business
- A minimum of four years experience as a sales manager overseeing a successful sales force, preferably in the medical device industry
- Excellent understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles
- Ability to evaluate sales presentation effectiveness
- A thorough understanding of management principles and the ability to select, develop, and manage a sales team
- Ability to understand factors that affect long-term profitability
- Willingness to work long hours and travel frequently
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical manufacturing business
- Tactfulness and skill in working with a broad variety of individuals
- Excellent record keeping and reporting skills
- Demonstrated computer skills including spreadsheets and word processing
