Head of Marketing is a senior executive responsible for defining and executing the company’s global marketing vision to drive brand leadership, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term market share. This role leads global marketing strategy across regions, products, and channels, ensuring consistency of brand while enabling strong regional localization.

  • Define and own the global marketing strategy aligned with the company’s vision and growth goals.
  • Build and steward a strong, differentiated global brand identity and messaging framework.
  • Drive pipeline and revenue growth through data-driven demand generation, ABM, digital marketing, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Lead global go-to-market strategy for new products, features, and market expansions.
  • Champion a customer-first marketing approach grounded in insights and personas.
  • Own and manage the global marketing budget with strong financial discipline.
  • Establish clear KPIs and dashboards to track marketing ROI, CAC, LTV, and brand impact.

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, including senior leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading global marketing teams across multiple geographies.
  • Strong background in B2B, B2C, or B2B2C environments.
  • Demonstrated success driving brand growth, revenue impact, and global scale.
  • Experience working closely with C-suite and Board-level stakeholders.
