Are you ready to lead transformative land development projects that shape the future of urban living in Saudi Arabia? We’re looking for a visionary Land Development Director to spearhead multidisciplinary teams and deliver complex master planning and infrastructure initiatives across the Kingdom.
المسؤوليات
- Lead the planning and delivery of large-scale land development projects
- Oversee all master planning phases including CMP, DMP, and infrastructure design
- Integrate wet and dry utilities with transport, environmental, and architectural disciplines
- Develop and execute winning bids and engage clients
- Grow the land development portfolio through strategic business development
- Manage high-performing project teams
- Represent the organization in client meetings and industry events
المؤهلات
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field
- Chartered status is a plus
- Proven success in delivering master planned communities and infrastructure packages
- Experience in both design and supervision of land development projects
- Deep understanding of Saudi regulatory frameworks and development authorities
