HELP DESK SUPPORT SPECIALIST - HYBRID

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our technical support team. This role serves as the first point of contact for end users, providing timely and effective first-line technical assistance. The ideal candidate will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and operating system issues, document solutions, and collaborate with internal teams.
المسؤوليات
- Respond to, log, and track technical support tickets from end users
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues
- Configure, install, and maintain equipment and operating systems
- Provide remote technical support as needed
- Document procedures, solutions, and troubleshooting steps
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of support tickets and statuses
- Assist with maintaining and updating IT equipment inventory
- Participate in training sessions, technical meetings, and ongoing professional development
المؤهلات
- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Strong working knowledge of Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features
- Ability to work on site in the Detroit area at least 10% of the time
