We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Immigration Consultant to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling leads, counselling prospective applicants, and converting them into successful clients by providing accurate and transparent immigration guidance for countries like Australia, Canada, Europe, and the UK.
المسؤوليات
- Make outbound calls and cold calling
- Provide detailed consultation to prospective migrants
- Explain visa options and eligibility criteria
- Assess applicant profiles
- Maintain lead and client data in CRM
- Achieve monthly consultation and conversion targets
المؤهلات
- Strong communication skills
- MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM systems proficiency
- Prior experience in immigration consultancy or sales preferred
