Leasing & Fit-Out Coordinator

The Leasing & Fit-Out Coordinator plays a key role in supporting mall tenants throughout the leasing, design approval, and store fit-out lifecycle.
المسؤوليات
- Assist with documentation and tenant onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end tenant fit-out process
- Conduct site inspections to monitor fit-out progress
- Liaise with mall operations and facilities management
- Prepare weekly fit-out progress reports
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in tenant coordination, mall management, fit-out supervision, or leasing support
