Superstars is hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for a global e-learning software company. You will manage a book of 50+ strategic enterprise accounts, overseeing the post-sales journey including onboarding, product adoption, and renewals. You will act as the voice of the customer and partner with sales to identify growth opportunities.

- Manage 50+ strategic global Enterprise accounts
- Ensure seamless customer experience from onboarding to renewal
- Manage renewal process and navigate complex commercial terms
- Drive customer adoption and mitigate retention risk
- Conduct strategic check-ins and business reviews
- Forecast renewal revenue accurately
- Identify account expansion opportunities
المؤهلات
- 8+ years experience in customer-facing account management or customer success
- Experience managing 50+ enterprise accounts
- 2+ years experience in SaaS
- 2+ years experience using Salesforce
- Strong understanding of renewals and complex negotiations
