Styrofoam (EPS/XPS Foam) Cutting Machine Operator

QATAR BASED APPLICANTS ONLY. A Styrofoam cutting machine operator is responsible for setting up and running specialized equipment to shape foam blocks into precise components for events decoration. Key Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Machine Operation & Setup: Set up CNC hot wire, band saws, etc. - Production & Cutting: Shape raw foam blocks with minimal waste. - Quality Control: Inspect finished pieces for accuracy. - Technical Adjustments: Program CNC machines and adjust speeds. - Material Handling: Load and unload large foam blocks. - Maintenance & Safety: Daily cleaning and following safety protocols. - Documentation: Record production data.
