المسؤوليات
- Establishing sales goals and implements a plan to meet those goals and sales targets and KPIs
- Assisting with market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, and IT industry trends
- Driving revenue growth by promoting and selling cloud services and solutions to customers
- Building strong relationships with existing and potential clients and providing excellent customer service
- Developing proposals and pricing quotes based on client’s requirements
- Assesses client IT needs and makes recommendations
- Coordinating with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
المؤهلات
- 2+ years of IT sales experience within a similar industry
