Club and Federation Doctor

To provide clinical and operational leadership for all medical services supporting athletes across various Athletics disciplines. Responsible for overseeing injury diagnosis, treatment, and prevention, the Lead Sports Medicine Physician will coordinate interdisciplinary care focused on optimizing health and performance.
المسؤوليات
- Provide primary medical care and manage athletic injuries
- Conduct physical assessments and diagnose injuries
- Collaborate with clinical team on prevention and performance
- Implement evidence-based treatment protocols
- Supervise the entire rehabilitation and return-to-play process
- Monitor physiological parameters for overtraining signs
- Support development of medical governance frameworks
المؤهلات
- MD or DO with Board Certification in Sports Medicine (CAQ or equivalent)
- Postgraduate qualification in Sports Medicine, Orthopaedics, or Rehabilitation
- Minimum of 7 to 9 years professional related experience
- Must meet and fulfil eligibility criteria for medical licensing in Qatar
- Basic and Advanced Life Support (BLS & ACLS) certification
