About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager - New Business to lead a team of Account Executives in our Saudi Arabia Commercial organisation. You will be responsible for driving new logo acquisition, developing top sales talent, and building a high-performing hunter culture. What You'll Do: Team Leadership: 2-4 years of sales management experience leading hunter/new business teams. 3-5 years of individual contributor sales experience with proven quota overachievement. Track record of developing top-performing sales teams (80%+ quota attainment). Experience managing 5-10 direct reports. Strong coaching and performance management skills. Expertise in prospecting methodologies and hunter sales motions. Salesforce and sales analytics proficiency. Fluency in English and Arabic (advantageous). Cybersecurity, cloud, or enterprise SaaS management experience. MEDDPICC or similar methodology certification. Experience managing remote/distributed teams. Track record of promoting team members.
