As an Executive Assistant at Astellas Pharma, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of T-MEA region with daily administrative duties. Your contributions will be essential in managing an active calendar of appointments, coordinating complex travel plans, and ensuring seamless communication within the organization.
المسؤوليات
- Assist the Head of T-MEA region with daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars and preparing expense reports
- Coordinate logistics for high-level meetings, both internally and externally
- Consolidate reports and proposals from various internal functions
- Provide on-site administrative support during executive meetings and events
- Maintain an organized filing system for electronic documents and manage confidential materials
المؤهلات
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and virtual collaboration tools
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex tasks
- Quick learner with a sharp, results-oriented approach
- Experienced in managing senior leaders' calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and events
- Fluency in written and spoken business English
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
