- Maintain, repair, and service all hotel equipment and systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and prevent potential technical issues
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Support energy efficiency initiatives and adhere to safety and environmental standards
