Lead Financial Controller (Group Level)

Responsible for spearheading all financial, accounting, and treasury operations across all group companies. Vital role in establishing, implementing, and monitoring financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.

- Develop and execute financial strategies
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Oversee all accounting activities and general ledger management
- Manage cash flow and liquidity
- Establish and enforce robust internal control systems
- Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements
- Lead and mentor the Commercial & Accounting team
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience (at least 7 years) as a Financial Controller
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles and regulations
- Advanced analytical skills
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
