Sadaf Premium Design and Contracting LLC is looking for a Business Development Manager to identify and develop new business opportunities in interior design & fit-out projects.
المسؤوليات
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior design & fit-out projects
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and contractors
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to secure projects
- Track market trends, competitors, and tender opportunities
- Achieve sales targets and support company growth strategies
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business development within interior design/contracting
- Strong network in the construction and fit-out industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of closing projects and meeting targets
- UAE market experience preferred
