We are seeking an experienced HR Officer with a background in homecare services to manage and support our growing workforce of administrative staffs and healthcare professionals.

- Oversee employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Coordinate background checks and compliance files
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary processes
- Support performance management and staff retention
- Process payroll inputs and leave management
- Develop and implement HR policies specific to homecare
المؤهلات
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or HR Generalist
- Previous experience in homecare, healthcare, or related services is required
