We are seeking an experienced Business Setup Operations Consultant to advise and assist clients in establishing businesses in the UAE. The role involves end-to-end consulting on company formation, licensing, visa processing, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Consult clients on UAE business setup options; Explain and manage company formation procedures; Handle DED and Free Zone Authorities; Assist with bank account opening and VAT registration; Coordinate visa processing; Prepare legal documentation; Build client relationships; Meet sales targets; Stay updated on UAE laws.
المسؤوليات
- Consult clients on UAE business setup options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)
- Explain and manage company formation procedures, trade licenses, and approvals
- Handle DED, Free Zone Authorities, and other government bodies
- Assist clients with bank account opening and VAT registration
- Coordinate investor and employee visa processing
- Prepare and submit legal documentation and application forms
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet sales targets through business setup packages
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in UAE business setup or corporate services
