Helps drive company values and ensuring all training and development activities are strategically linked to the organization’s mission at Nujuma, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve. Responsible for ensuring effective training is in place to enable achievement of business results.

- Administer employee training programs
- Exemplify excellent customer service and create positive atmosphere
- Conduct needs assessments and design training programs
- Evaluate training program effectiveness and learning transfer
- Develop training program plans and budgets
- Align training programs with key business indicators
المؤهلات
- 2-year degree in HR, Hotel/Restaurant Management, or related field with 2 years experience
- OR 4-year bachelor's degree in related major
- Certified trainer
