We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager / Learning Coach who combines sales mindset with educational coaching skills. Your mission is to convert, retain, and grow student accounts.
المسؤوليات
- Understand students’ learning needs and create action plans
- Guide students in selecting appropriate courses
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and motivation
- Ensure student satisfaction and subscription renewals
- Identify opportunities for engagement and growth
المؤهلات
- Fluent in French (spoken and written) and strong proficiency in English
- Experience in customer service, relationship management, or sales roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
