Sales Consultant - Automotive

Drive car sales for the retail customers to achieve set annual sales targets and customer satisfaction objectives. Key Accountabilities: Follow sales procedures to close deals and achieve monthly targets. Qualify buyers and match requirements to models. Conduct post-sale follow up. Promote finance and insurance products. Maintain active customer profile database (Autoline). Monitor competitors' activities. Submit weekly activity and results reports. Qualification: Secondary School Education Certificate, Diploma or equivalent. Experience: 3 years minimum in sales and customer relationship; 1 year should be in car sales. Experience in Chinese cars dealer preferred.
المسؤوليات
- Effectively follow sales procedure and process to close deals and achieve the monthly target set by the Manager.
- Qualify buyers to understand buyer's requirements and interests, present/match requirements and interests to various models, explain features and close the sale by overcoming objections.
- Conduct post-sale follow up to attract new and retain existing customers.
- Actively promote finance and insurance products.
- Ensure customer satisfaction as per company's Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) guidelines.
- Maintain active customer profile database to ensure all relevant details are up to date when required.
- Accurately collect customer and vehicle information to upload it in the Dealer Management system.
- Effectively carry out market intelligence to monitor competitors’ products, pricing and promotional activities.
- Continuously update company product knowledge and competitive product knowledge related to all car brands and types.
- Prepare and submit reports such as weekly plans, activity and results reports those relate to issues resolution for Sales Supervisor.
المؤهلات
- Secondary School Education Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of minimum experience in sales and customer relationship; out of which 1 year should be in Car sales.
- Experience in Chinese cars dealer preferred.
