Regional Trading Marketing Manager

The Regional Trade Marketing Manager role is responsible for developing and executing business and trade marketing strategies and integrated merchandising programs that drive profitable growth and increase the long-term value of our brands. Development and execution of trade and channel-specific plans at regions/countries.
المسؤوليات
- Lead development and implementation of regional Trade Marketing strategies
- Develop and implement tailor-made promotional programs for all channels
- Develop Look of Success (LoS) by channel and ensure full compliance
- Work with marketing and Sales team to agree on required POSM
- Execute implementation of POSM in market
- Gather market intelligence and provide insight to Salesforce and Marketing teams
- Manage assigned trade marketing resources efficiently
- Developing personnel capability and coaching others
- Work with Sales teams to negotiate and sell-in marketing activations
- Monitoring Merchandising Supervisors to organize merchandising Call Plan
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in BA or a related field
- At least 5 years’ Category management and/or Trade Marketing experience with a reputable FMCG company in the Middle East
- English Fluency
