Process Coordinator/System Administrator

The Systems Administrator / Process Coordinator will act as a key link between QA, operations teams, and the application developer. The role focuses on day-to-day system coordination, issue tracking, process mapping, and QA documentation control for a web-based inspection and certification platform.
المسؤوليات
- Act as primary coordinator between inspectors, technical heads, and the application developer
- Collect, analyze, and consolidate system issues and improvement requests
- Track day-to-day system issues related to reports, certificates, and workflows
- Follow up with developers on bug fixes and enhancements
- Support inspectors in the correct use of the application
- Map operational processes into system tasks and user requirements
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Maintain QA documentation, procedures, and templates
- Ensure document version control and traceability
المؤهلات
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality, IT, or Business Administration
- Experience in inspection, certification, QA, or compliance-driven environments is an advantage
- Familiarity with ISO-based management systems (ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17020) is a plus
- Experience coordinating with software developers or IT vendors is preferred
