Gritter Francona is looking for a Principle Agilist to help support a potential project to assist the Office of Clinical Informatics (OCI). The Principle Agilist will lead and oversee all SAFe® transformation initiatives across OCI.

- Lead and oversee all SAFe® transformation initiatives across OCI
- Serve as the enterprise authority on SAFe® and Lean-Agile mindset
- Define and implement OCI's SAFe® transformation roadmap
- Empower leaders and teams to adopt servant leadership
- Partner with executive leadership to align Agile execution with objectives
- Establish enterprise standards, governance, and best practices
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree
- Certified SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC)
- Minimum of 20 years of experience developing complex IT solutions
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading SAFe® transformations
