المسؤوليات
- Plan production team activities and equipment allocation
- Monitor and improve line efficiencies
- Lead production teams on HS&E best practices
- Generate innovative ideas for cost reduction
- Report operational metrics to management
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3+ years of process engineering experience in FMCG
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen
- Fluent in English
