Manage and grow relationships with our existing client portfolio. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, driving renewals, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional services.
المسؤوليات
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Ensure timely contract renewals and high client retention
- Identify opportunities to upsell new services and solutions
- Onboard two new clients per year
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Prepare regular reports on account growth and client satisfaction
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in account management or client success roles
- Proven track record in upselling and renewals within a B2B environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
