Heavy Equipment Mechanic Lead

This position is physically located in Kuwait in support of LOGCAP. Oversees the day-to-day execution of the vehicle maintenance shop. Ensures established policies and procedures are effectively enforced. Controls shop maintenance schedule to ensure maximum utilization of assigned personnel.
المسؤوليات
- Planning and scheduling of maintenance for all assigned equipment
- Utilizes GCSS-Army to manage daily maintenance functions
- Monitors work orders on all assigned equipment
- Responsible for tracking equipment services and PMCS
- Manages bench stock in accordance with regulations
- Conducts scheduled and unscheduled services on Non-Tactical and Tactical Equipment
المؤهلات
- MOS 63B Wheel Mechanic or equivalent
- A valid driver’s license
- Approximately two (2) years’ experience in Tactical Vehicle maintenance
- At least five (5) years of supervisory experience
