Reporting to the Director; the Sales Manager will have responsibility for cross-sector accounts and be tasked with managing existing clients or forging new relationships. - Achieving an assigned sales and profitability goal
- Selling and supporting the firm’s complete product and service offering to named accounts
- Retaining and growing firm volume through proactive management of large-customer relationships
- Up-selling and cross-selling new products to current customers
- Leading all aspects of the sales process
- Developing customer account plans
- Proactively managing customer satisfaction and service delivery
- Taking responsibility for accounts receivables
- Recruiting and managing a network of partners
- Self-generating leads and opportunities
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in Sales & Marketing)
- MBA is an added advantage
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT solutions in enterprise software
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in B2B, large/strategic customer segment
