Manage incoming calls, take food orders, and support communication to ensure smooth coordination between customers, kitchen staff, and delivery partners.
المسؤوليات
- Answer calls professionally and take food orders accurately
- Respond to customer inquiries about menu items and delivery
- Enter orders into the POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and delivery partners
المؤهلات
- Minimum 2 years of experience in call center, reception, or food service role preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
- Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, MS Excel)
