The ideal candidate for this position will excel at managing and improving operational workflows across sales, logistics, and service teams. This person will use their experience in operations and process management to ensure efficiency, consistency, and exceptional customer satisfaction across all aspects of BNK Tech’s business.
المسؤوليات
- Oversee daily operations and support the General Manager in executing business objectives
- Manage order processing, inventory control, product deliveries, and after-sales service coordination
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Supervise and mentor staff across multiple departments
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in operations or business support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
