We’re looking for an experienced HR & Payroll Administrator (UAE-based) to manage end-to-end payroll and core HR operations. Run end-to-end payroll (WPS), including OT, incentives, deductions, EOS, and final settlements.
المسؤوليات
- Run end-to-end payroll (WPS), including OT, incentives, deductions, EOS, and final settlements
- Maintain HRIS/ERP records (Odoo experience a plus) and accurate employee files
- Administer leave/attendance, onboarding, contracts, and renewals
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law & company policies
- Prepare HR reports and coordinate with Finance for payroll reconciliation
المؤهلات
- 2–3 years UAE experience in HR & payroll
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, EOS calculations
- Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, or related)
- Currently in the UAE
