Brand & Sales Manager-Automotive

Laith Al Obaidi Group is seeking an experienced Brand & Sales Manager to lead sales performance and brand development within the automotive business in Baghdad. This executive-level role combines strategic sales leadership with strong brand management to drive growth, profitability, and market presence. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, monitoring KPIs, designing incentive schemes, and managing global OEM brand standards.
المسؤوليات
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for sales teams and individual consultants
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure achievement of KPIs and conversion rates
- Develop corrective action plans for underperforming staff and lead performance improvement initiatives
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and training sessions
- Design and manage sales incentive and commission schemes aligned with business objectives
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale follow-up
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to refine sales strategies
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to senior management
- Build strong relationships with VIP clients and fleet customers
- Develop and execute annual brand plans including marketing activities and budget control
- Oversee marketing content, advertising campaigns, and showroom branding standards
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams to increase brand visibility and lead generation
- Ensure full compliance with global OEM brand standards and guidelines
- Lead product launches, brand events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Automotive Management
- 5+ years of experience in automotive sales and brand leadership
- Fluent in English and Arabic
