- Develop and implement strategies to drive operational excellence
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the organization
- Collaborate with executive team on strategic plans
- Establish performance metrics and benchmarks
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Lead and coach a diverse team
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven experience as a VP Operations or in a similar senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of operations management principles
