Coffee Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic leader for an entry-level full-time Coffee Specialist for our community who will drive sales, service, and operations through respectful, collaborative, agile, determined, and driven interactions with clients and team members.
المسؤوليات
- Achieve personal sales and service level targets
- Welcome the Boutique clientele and identify their needs
- Ensure the Boutique is clean and well-ordered
- Support special events
- Contribute to the management of inventories and stocks
- Advise prospects and Club members on Nespresso products
- Inscribe new Boutique customers and open their account
- Initiate Club members to the art of coffee tasting
المؤهلات
- 1 year of prior retail experience is required
- Excellent presentation, communication & interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Punctuality and discipline
- Strong team player
