The Compliance Officer is responsible for dealing with regulatory authorities and ensuring compliance with all instructions of the Capital Markets Authority and Kuwait Boursa rules. The role includes reviewing internal policies and developing action plans for corporate governance.

  • Dealing and communicating with relevant regulatory authorities
  • Ensuring compliance with Capital Markets Authority and Kuwait Boursa rules
  • Review and follow up internal policies, procedures and regulations
  • Ensure policies are approved by the Board of Directors
  • Develop an action plan for Corporate Governance Rules
  • Identify gaps and constraints leading to non-compliance
  • Preparing and reporting periodically to Head of Legal and Board
  • Provide advice regarding compliance standards
  • Responsibility for communicating with regulators and disclosures

المؤهلات

  • 5+ years of experience as a legal compliance officer or legal assistant
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law preferred
  • Professional qualifications in Compliance (ICA, CRCM, CCEP, CCB)
