Raya Holding for Financial Investments is hiring a Specialist (Treasury & DCM). The role involves managing cash flow statements, intercompany accounting, and treasury operations, as well as participating in Debt Capital Market (DCM) transactions and securitization management.
المسؤوليات
- Prepare and maintain monthly cash flow statements
- Ensure timely completion of intercompany confirmations for Raya subsidiaries
- Record financial treasury transactions accurately and on time
- Participate in all Debt Capital Market (DCM) transactions for Raya Group
- Handle 8 outstanding securitization issuances, including compliance with EGX, FRA, and MCDR
- Monitor the performance of existing securitization transactions
المؤهلات
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Bachelor degree in a related field
- Advanced writing and reporting skills
- Advanced understanding of financial treasury concepts and principles
- Should have worked before on issuing securitization transactions (SPV side)
