The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing customers, focusing on HR and software solutions.

المسؤوليات

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for HR, payroll, and business-automation products
  • Identify and target potential clients (SMEs, mid-size, and large organizations)
  • Generate leads through networking, cold-calling, and marketing collaborations
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Track and report sales metrics and pipeline status

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing, IT, HR, or related field
  • 1-2+ years of proven sales experience preferably in software sales, SaaS, or HR-tech
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM or sales-management tools
