The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business with existing customers, focusing on HR and software solutions.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and execute sales strategies for HR, payroll, and business-automation products
- Identify and target potential clients (SMEs, mid-size, and large organizations)
- Generate leads through networking, cold-calling, and marketing collaborations
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Track and report sales metrics and pipeline status
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing, IT, HR, or related field
- 1-2+ years of proven sales experience preferably in software sales, SaaS, or HR-tech
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM or sales-management tools
