Project Manager

UNDP Türkiye is looking for a Project Manager for the Kigali Implementation Plan (KIP) for the Republic of Türkiye Project. The PM is the senior-most representative of the PMU and is responsible for overall management, including mobilization of inputs and supervision over staff and consultants.
المسؤوليات
- Overall coordination, supervision, and technical assistance for project implementation
- Prepare Annual Work Plans (AWP), budgets, and procurement plans
- Draft ToRs for goods and services procurement
- Manage and monitor contracts signed with third parties
- Monitor progress towards results and update financial data
- Supervise the performance of the project team members
- Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders
المؤهلات
- Advanced university degree (master's) in Engineering, Sciences, or Environmental Sciences (or Bachelor's with 2 extra years experience)
- Minimum 2 years (with master’s) or 4 years (with bachelor’s) of relevant experience in management advisory or project monitoring
- Experience in at least 1 project in collaboration with governmental organizations
- Excellent command of office software
- Fluency in Turkish and English
