Avnzor is a fast-growing e-commerce platform in Saudi Arabia. The Beauty Buyer will own the Beauty category P&L and drive commercial performance across skincare, personal care, fragrance, and beauty accessories. This is a commercially driven position focused on revenue growth and margin expansion.
المسؤوليات
- Full P&L responsibility for Beauty category
- Define category growth roadmap
- Identify and onboard new local and international brands
- Negotiate pricing, rebates, and commercial terms
- Ensure competitive pricing versus market benchmarks
- Expand hero brands and rationalize underperforming inventory
- Collaborate on stock planning and reorders
- Conduct weekly performance reviews
المؤهلات
- 4–7 years experience in beauty buying (e-commerce or modern retail preferred)
