Responsible for the overall profitability, growth, and operational excellence of the Mechanical Construction Equipment & Power Tools Division. The role oversees sales, operations, logistics, aftersales service, and team leadership.

المسؤوليات

  • Develop and execute business strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Oversee the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the division
  • Set KPIs and sales targets
  • Work with Sales Manager to develop implementation strategies
  • Oversee inventory management, procurement, and supply chain
  • Manage aftersales service, warranties, and technical support
  • Lead and mentor sales, operations, and logistics teams
  • Prepare budgets and financial forecasts

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in sales & operations management
