Test Resources Associate

As a Test Resources Associate, you will be the operational backbone for our testing resource management, ensuring seamless support for international customers and internal project teams. You will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of test assets—such as SIM cards and data packages.
المسؤوليات
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to test resources
- Own tickets from receipt to resolution
- Manage centralized pools of test resources, including SIM cards and internet/data packages
- Monitor inventory levels, track usage, and coordinate recharges
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resource allocation
- Perform regular reconciliations between usage data and billing systems
- Proactively coordinate with internal technical and project teams.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree (completed) in Business Administration, Operations, IT, or a related field
- Native-level proficiency in Arabic and professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in a customer support, operations, or administrative role
- High comfort level with ticketing systems, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and digital tracking tools
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
