Product Manager - Contract to Hire

airCFO helps startups succeed by building best-in-class back-offices. We are looking for a Product Manager to help us scale our internal AI-powered financial analysis platform. This hire will bring rigor to our roadmap and help validate ideas with customers before production.
المسؤوليات
- Co-develop a quarterly product roadmap with the CEO
- Translate roadmap into prioritized backlog and tasks
- Run sprint cadence with the CTO
- Conduct monthly focus groups to validate product direction
- Build functional prototypes using AI-assisted development tools
المؤهلات
- 2-4 years of product management experience
- Experience at early-stage startups or small product teams
- Conversant in engineering and technical tradeoffs
- Proficiency using AI tools daily for PRDs and research
