Managing Consultant, Advisors Program Management (Payments & Program Management Consultant)

As a Managing Consultant at Mastercard, you will own high-visibility payments programs, designing roadmaps and executing delivery while proving value with data. This role requires extensive experience in payments consulting and platform rollouts.
المسؤوليات
- Lead execution for platform enablement and issuer/acquirer change deliveries.
- Design end-to-end loyalty programs from strategy to integration.
- Manage complex portfolio migration and conversion programs.
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to intellectual capital playbooks.
- Sustain weekly performance cadences and unblock decisions.
المؤهلات
- 8–12 years in payments programs, consulting, or product development.
- Proven outcomes across consumer and/or SME portfolios.
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
- Expertise in digital payments adoption and lifecycle design.
