Audit Assistant Manager - HR Operations

Join InsuranceMarket.ae as an HR Auditor. You will lead risk‑based audits across the people lifecycle—workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefits, time and attendance, performance and rewards, learning, employee relations, incentive calculations, and offboarding. Your work will strengthen control design and operating effectiveness, improve employee experience, and ensure compliance with local labor requirements and internal policies.
المسؤوليات
- Plan and deliver HR audits end‑to‑end
- Review recruitment and onboarding workflows and HRIS data accuracy
- Test payroll and benefits controls including commission/bonus calculations and statutory deductions
- Assess time and attendance system integrations
- Evaluate performance management and rewards governance
- Audit employee relations processes including grievances and settlement calculations
- Review learning and compliance training tracking and effectiveness
- Assess HRIS and data privacy controls and role‑based access
- Examine third‑party/outsourced HR services
- Validate compliance with internal policies and local employment requirements
- Use analytics for full‑population tests such as duplicate payments and attrition patterns
- Track remediation actions to closure
- Maintain high‑quality electronic workpapers
- Provide control advisory during HR/process change initiatives
المؤهلات
- 5 to 6 years in internal audit or HR controls/operations with demonstrable HR audit exposure
- Experience in insurance, fintech, or high‑growth services is a plus
- CA / CIA or in progress preferred
- HR credentials (e.g., SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SCP, PHRi, CIPD) are advantageous
