Regional Head - Classifieds (Jeddah)

Responsible for sales of classifieds business in Western Region. Setting up sales function, developing products, contributing to market sizing, and locking deals with agencies. Managing relationships with government agencies.
المسؤوليات
- Develop regional sales strategy
- Work with strategy teams for zoning and pricing
- Hiring sales resources and maintaining team size
- Setting KPIs for sales team
- Overseeing P&Ls to maintain regional profitability
- Responsible for Training Need Assessment (TNA)
- Conducting market visits with sales teams
- Representing the company in expos and events
المؤهلات
- At least 10 years previous sales management or active sales experience
- Proven Commercial sales executive experience
