We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to manage and oversee all human resources functions. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and HR policy implementation to support business objectives.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Oversee performance management and employee development
- Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management
- Advise management on HR strategies and best practices
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR processes
