A site supervisor in a real estate company is responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed efficiently, on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards. Work Location: Riyadh, SA.
المسؤوليات
- Supervise and manage daily construction activities at the site
- Ensure work is progressing according to project schedule and budget
- Monitor quality of work and adherence to plans
- Implement and enforce safety procedures
- Coordinate and allocate resources (labor, materials, equipment)
- Maintain inventory control
المؤهلات
- Relevant experience in real estate or construction field
- Previous experience in construction management or site supervision
- Understanding of safety regulations and protocols
