Admin cum Project Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin cum Project Coordinator to provide administrative and project coordination support across multiple projects. The role involves handling office administration, coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, and supporting project managers.
المسؤوليات
- Handle day-to-day office administration and clerical activities
- Maintain records, files, and databases related to projects
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate office supplies and administrative requirements
- Support HR and Finance teams with documentation
- Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities
- Coordinate between site teams, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Maintain project documentation (drawings, submittals, BOQs, invoices)
- Act as a communication link between clients and internal teams
- Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports
المؤهلات
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in an admin or project coordination in the same field
- UAE experiences needed
