A structured training program aligned with a Junior Sales Development Representative role. Candidates will support the sales team in lead qualification and early-stage prospect engagement, learn how to contact potential customers via phone calls and emails, and gain hands-on exposure to sales processes and CRM systems.

  • Support the sales team in lead qualification and early-stage prospect engagement
  • Learn how to contact potential customers via phone calls and emails
  • Assist in asking basic qualification questions to understand customer needs and fit
  • Help collect, document, and organize prospect information accurately
  • Support updating lead details, call notes, and follow-ups in the CRM system
  • Assist in sending follow-up emails and re-contacting leads when needed
  • Learn how to nurture leads that are not yet ready to move forward
  • Support scheduling meetings or demos for senior sales consultants

المؤهلات

  • University students or recent graduates in Business Administration, Marketing, MIS, or related fields
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • English proficiency is required
  • Must have access to a personal laptop throughout the internship
