TT Sales Supervisor

Responsible for managing field sales operations, motivating salesmen, and planning daily activities to achieve sales targets in the Traditional Trade channel.
المسؤوليات
- Plan and manage daily sales operations and route plans for Salesmen
- Monitor daily sales and collection performance
- Manage implementation of promotions and campaigns
- Visit stores regularly to manage customer relationships
- Conduct performance appraisals for the sales team
- Train and mentor salesmen on sales fundamentals
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration with Sales/Marketing Majors
- 4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing including 1 year as Sales supervisor
