- Prepare and present Italian and French café dishes
- Ensure food is prepared according to recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene
- Assist in menu preparation
- Control food portions and minimize waste
المؤهلات
- Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a café, bistro, or casual dining restaurant
- Knowledge of Italian and/or French cuisine
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
